You want encouragement, and being part of a group going through the same thing means a lot to you.

You don’t need to take this journey alone. Often, we think that we’re the only ones going through something. The people around us don’t understand, or they make sticking to our goals harder.

Now is the time to bring your goal into clear view. With group sessions, you will be with the same group each week during the allocated number of sessions, which varies depending on your service (smoking cessation or weight loss).

The groups are small, so you will not get lost in the crowd, or I should say, “Lost on the screen!” You will have a sense of togetherness as you journey with others that are ready to let go of the habit that has controlled their life for far too long.

Suppose you’re shy or don’t like speaking in front of crowds; no worries. This group is not the type that puts you in the spotlight.
